Exchanges and Returns - no quibble returns

We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods - no questions asked. Earrings are also non-returnable. A returns form can be obtained by calling 0844 482 9709 to be sent to you by email or post or click the link on the bottom of this page to download one.

If there is something damaged or broken in your order, before sending anything back please call 020 3384 7150 and we can organise a replacement instead.

For all other returns please send the goods back with completed returns form within 28 days of receipt in their original packaging to:

Please get proof of postage as we can only refund on receipt of the unwanted goods. Proof of postage does not mean that you have to pay for Recorded delivery, you can just get a receipt for First or Second class post to prove that you have sent the goods. If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery cost. If a returned product is faulty, we will refund the original delivery cost and the postage paid by you to send it back to us.

Please ensure to send any returned items back via Recorded Delivery to avoid items getting lost.
