Exchanges and Returns - no quibble returns
We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods - no questions asked. A returns form will have been included in your package, however if you need another one you can click the link on the bottom of this page to download one or call us on 0844 482 9709 and we can send you one by email or post. Please note: returns may take up to ten days to process.
Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If there is something damaged or broken in your order, before sending anything back please call 0844 482 9708 and we can organise a replacement instead.

You must return the products at your own cost. You are responsible for the returned goods until the items are received at our return address. Therefore we advise customers to ask for a receipt when posting the items back to us. This will be your Proof of Postage. Should the items not reach us, you will be able to prove that you have sent them. We cannot process any refunds if the items do not reach us and you do not have any Proof of Postage. If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery cost to you. If a returned product is faulty please contact us.
