Returns policy

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Before returning a faulty or damaged product please get in touch on (+44 (0) 20 7741 0315) to obtain a reference number and to determine whether a simple photograph would be sufficient for us to provide your replacement. (If there isn't a returns form included in your parcel to return any of the items within your order, please download one from here.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If you wish to return your whole order, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. You will then need to return the order at your own expense and, once we have received it, we will process a full refund including the original delivery cost.
  • For a refund or exchange, we must receive your item(s) in our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.
  • We cannot accept returns of personalised products, earrings or lingerie. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please ensure you pack it carefully to avoid damage in transit. We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel should go missing.
  • If we receive your item outside the 28 day period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, a voucher for all or part of the purchase price may be issued at the discretion of Handpicked, redeemable within thirty days although we are not obliged to do so.
  • Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an insured delivery service.

Processing Returns

  • It can take us up to 21 working days to process a return, especially during busy times – longer if you don’t notify us in advance that you are returning the item.

Returning Gifts

  • If you have received one of our products as a gift and it is faulty or damaged, we can only refund the original purchaser.
  • If you choose to exchange an item that is faulty or damaged, we cannot always prevent the original purchaser from knowing.

Christmas Returns

  • Products ordered on or after 1 December must be received in our warehouse by 5th January in order to qualify for a refund. At the discretion of Handpicked, vouchers may be issued for products received after this date.
  • Our standard returns policy applies to faulty or damaged products.

International Returns

  • Non-faulty items being returned from outside the UK – excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland – are returned at the customer’s expense and risk.
