UK Delivery Costs and Times

Delivery on orders over £75 is FREE. On orders below £75, delivery to anywhere in the UK is £4.95. If your order is placed before 1pm, you should receive delivery within two working days. Deliveries require a signature and it is important we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable). Your order will be sent once:

i) payment has been approved; and
ii) your delivery address has been verified.

Sometimes, for example during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to the Channel Islands.

Overseas Deliveries

We can now offer overseas delivery to the US and most of Europe.

Delivery to US - up to 7 working days:
£19.99 - to any US address

Delivery to Europe - 7 to 10 working days

Out of Stock

Occasionally, for example when there are unexpected levels of demand, some items may be out of stock. We will always try our best to inform you when items are not available and when we expect them back in stock. Please check the individual product on the website for the most up-to-date information. If you have ordered anything out of stock, we will inform you of this. If you do have any queries and feel the need to speak to someone, please call our customer careline on 0845 602 3578.

Exchanges and Returns - no quibble returns

We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods - no questions asked. A returns form can be obtained by calling 0845 6023578 to be sent to you by email or post. Please send the goods back with completed returns form within 28 days of receipt in their original packaging to, The Handpicked Collection, C/o DSI, Evolution House, Binary Park, 12 Choats Road, Dagenham, RM9 6BF. Alternatively call us on 0845 602 3578 if you feel the need to talk to someone. Please get proof of postage as we can only refund on receipt of the unwanted goods. If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery cost. If a returned product is faulty, we will refund the original delivery cost and the postage paid by you to send it back to us.

Please ensure to send any returned items back via Recorded Delivery to avoid items getting lost.

Other promotional offers are not valid on sale items. Stock strictly limited. Standard UK delivery remains £4.95. If you choose to return goods within 28 days of purchase, you will be refunded the price paid at the time of purchase.
