Handpicked Collection Shipping Options

Once you've completed your order with us, we'll send your products to your chosen address via Interlink or Parcelforce.

If you've chosen the "Next Day" option, you'll get a text to your mobile the day before delivery confirming the delivery date, and the option to rearrange or leave special instructions if needed. You'll also receive a text on the day of confirming your time slot, so you won't have to wait in all day!

If you've chosen "Standard Delivery", your order will be with you within two - five days and will arrive between 9am - 6pm. The order will need to be signed for.

UK Delivery of Standard Items

All items in our catalogue and on our website can be delivered within the UK for £4.95 per delivery address. Delivery is free on orders over £75 for mainland UK deliveries. Standard Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days. We use a range of different couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible including Hermes and  DPD, although we may occasionally use other couriers. Most of our deliveries will require a signature. 

We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames unless we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable).

Sometimes, for example during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

Please note that some addresses like the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Ireland may take a little longer and are not available for Next Day delivery. All deliveries are subject to the couriers Terms and Conditions.

Overseas Deliveries

We offer overseas delivery to the US and most of Europe.

Delivery to Jersey and Guernsey costs £14.95 and may take between 7-10 working days but will often arrive sooner. Next Day Delivery is not available. We do not currently ship to any other Channel Islands.

Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight costs £4.95 and will take up to 6 working days. Next Day Delivery is not available. 

Delivery to any US destination costs £19.95 and may take up to 7-10 working days. Next Day Delivery is not available.

*Delivery to Europe costs £14.95 and may take up to 7-10 working days. Next Day Delivery is not available. We ship to the following European destinations;

Please note that oversized items (eg. deckchairs) may incur an additional shipping surcharge.   

Please note that once your delivery has left our warehouse we can only take limited accountability for it. If problems occur, we will of course do everything in our power to help you solve them however we do not govern the courier company, so your delivery is largely in their hands. Should you not be at the delivery address when the courier delivers your parcel, they will leave a note to inform you of its whereabouts. It might have been taken to the Post Office or left with a neighbour.
