Customer service pledge

We at The Handpicked Collection pride ourselves on the quality of our products, the efficiency of our deliveries and the diligence of our customer services team. We test and love all the products we sell and we have a no quibbles return policy if you are not satisfied with a product for whatever reason. If you have any questions on our service, our customer services team is available on 020 7741 0315 between 9am and 6pm and you can place a telephone order with us at any time of day or night.

We believe there shouldn't be a problem that can't be resolved and we go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. We endeavour to respond to all customer queries within 48 hours. Please bear in the mind that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days and are not included in this timeframe.
